NOTICE OF RFP
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #RFP 2024-056-DA ON BONFIRE

Please note this is not an RFP. No RFP is attached.
Toronto Metropolitan University advises prospective suppliers that it has posted a non-binding Request for Proposal (RFP) as noted above on Bonfire.
The objective of the RFP is to award Professional Services Agreement, to one (1) qualified supplier for the provision of providing Board Member Search Services for (4) positions on the Board of Directors of the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst at Toronto Metropolitan University.
The following is the RFP timetable (i.e. local times in Toronto, Ontario, Canada):

Proponents are advised that there will not be a public opening of this RFP. The University will open proposals at a time subsequent to the closing date indicated in the RFP timetable above in the RFP itself, and on Bonfire.
The University will not post RFP documents or any amendments with this RFP, outside of this notice on MERX. All communication will occur directly through Bonfire.
The procurement is subject to Chapter Five – Government Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter Nineteen of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
Toronto Metropolitan University will post documents associated with this RFP on Bonfire only.
