To gain a better understanding of the existing site conditions and constraints, all Proponents are requested to attend an optional site visit, scheduled for the following date:
Optional Site Visit Date: April 11, 2024 at 10:00AM EDT
Site Visit Registration date: On or before April 10, 2024 at 5:00 PM EDT
To register for Site Visit, please email bids@torontomu.ca by referencing the RFP and including the name, phone number and email address of the individual(s) attending.
For clarity, registration is not required to attend the Site Visit; however, it does assist us in our planning.
Please note that the Site Visit is expected to be approximately two (2) hours in length.
Requirements for participating in the Site Visit:
All participants must present the following valid and current (from within the past 12 months) certificates to the Purchasing Representative at the beginning of the Site Visit:
- WHIMIS training certificate; and
- Health and Safety Training Certificate.
In lieu of the Health and Safety Training Certificate, participants can take the following training prior to the Site Visit, and bring the proof of training with them to the site visit:

Hard hats and safety shoes are required to participate in the Site Visit.
Participants must also participate in a 15 minute safety training session at the site, at the beginning of the site visit. The building is under construction.
Individuals will not be able to participate in the site visit if they do not comply with the above requirements.
