Description

The primary objective of this Request for Proposal for Design-Build Services is to retain a General Contractor to provide complete design development and construction services in accordance with CCDC14, 2013, Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract, including Ryerson’s Supplementary Conditions (Appendix H – Draft Agreement) to replace the gymnasium floors in the Recreation and Athletics Centre (RAC) due to extensive flooding.

To gain a better understanding of the existing site conditions and constraints, all Proponents are requested to attend the scheduled Site Visit and Information Session at 40/50 Gould Street, Toronto Ontario, scheduled for Thursday June 15, 2017 at 10:00 am. Proponents should plan to meet on the ground floor lobby in the RAC building. This site visit is not mandatory.

Proponents will be asked to sign in with the Ryerson’s Procurement Officer.
