Description

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation to prospective Suppliers to submit a Proposal for landscaping services as further described in Section 2 – Deliverables.

The objective of this RFSQ is to pre-qualify a minimum of five (5) Suppliers, provided they meet the minimum criteria as per Section 4 and the evaluated score as per Section 5.4, to progress to the second phase of the procurement process operated by PCL Constructors Canada Inc. (PCL).

Ryerson University has engaged in negotiations with PCL to be appointed the Construction Manager and Constructor for the Ryerson University Project known as the Centre for Urban Innovation (CUI), to be located at 44 Gerrard Street East, Toronto.

The tentative construction schedule for the Project is site mobilization on November 2016, achieving substantial performance by April 30, 2018, Occupancy by July 2018 and total performance by September 30, 2018.
