2017-069-DG - Prime Consultant Services Rogers Communication Center Research Hub Renovation

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to Prospective Architect Proponents to submit a Proposal for design and contract administration services for the renovation of the 2nd floor of the Rogers Communications Center (RCC) building located on 80 Gould Street, as further described in Section 2 – SCOPE OF WORK.

The objective of this RFP is to select to select an Architect as Prime Consultant with whom Ryerson intends to enter into negotiations, if applicable, and ultimately enter into an Agreement or Agreements for provision of the Deliverables (potentially in the form of the Ontario Association of Architects Standard Form of Contract for Architect’s Services, Document 600 - 2013 including Ryerson’s supplementary conditions attached hereto) as Appendix ‘E’.

Ryerson wishes to work collaboratively with the Successful Proponent in the creation of the planned renovation design and construction. Ryerson will not be seeking, and therefore not evaluating, specific designs and plans for the Project as part of the selection under this RFP.
