Description

Toronto Metropolitan University advises prospective suppliers that it has posted a non-binding Request for Proposals (RFP) as noted above on Bonfire.

The objective of the RFP is to award a Master Services Agreement to one (1) qualified supplier for the provision of a Versatile Flow Wind tunnel (“Wind Tunnel”) for the purpose of conducting research on modeling of Atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) conditions, thunderstorm Gust Fronts (GFs), and tornadoes for various length scales (e.g., 1:100-1:500 suitable for high-rise buildings and 1:20-1:100 suitable for low-rise buildings).

Proponents are advised that there will not be a public opening of this RFP. The University will open proposals at a time subsequent to the closing date indicated in the RFP timetable above in the RFP itself, and on Bonfire.

The University will not post RFP documents or any amendments with this RFP, outside of this notice on MERX. All communication will occur directly through Bonfire.

The procurement is subject to Chapter Five – Government Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter Nineteen of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

Toronto Metropolitan University will post documents associated with this RFP on Bonfire only.
