This Request for Service Qualifications (RFSQ), Part 1 of a 2 part procurement process, is to select a list of Prequalified vendors who shall be permitted and prequalified to submit proposals to a subsequent RFP process (Part 2) for fabrication of the Waterloo Free Electron Laser (WaterFEL) Front-End Accelerator System project.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of January 3, 2024, at 2:30 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx. Bonfire Support (see below) is available to help within a reasonable request timeline – we encourage you to not leave your submission to the last day. The RFP Contact Person cannot assist with Bonfire related support questions
