Description of Procurement
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources for engineering design and prime consulting services to conduct the Engineering Feasibility Study as well as complete design development to replace or refurbish the main HVAC equipment located at the University’s Kerr Hall South (KHS) Building using the University sustainability initiative targets for renovation projects.
The University has decided to complete the construction of the Project in two (2) parts: (1) AHU KHSE #2 in 2025, and (2) AHU KHSW #7 in 2026. The Deliverables are more fully described in Appendix B – Deliverables.
The intent is to execute the Professional Services Agreement for Prime Consultant Services, attached as Appendix E.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is four (4) years, or successful completion of the Project.
