Description

McMaster University is seeking to modernize its course scheduling and room booking processes to better serve the needs of our faculty, students, and staff. Our goal is to implement an integrated, secure, user-friendly system that enhances operational efficiency and supports the dynamic scheduling requirements of our diverse academic programs.
We seek a complete, end-to-end offering that includes planning, design, system architecture, installation, documentation, change management, training, and post-installation support.
The new solution should:

Provide robust course scheduling capabilities to accommodate the complexities of academic scheduling.
Offer an intuitive room booking system that seamlessly integrates with the course scheduling software.
Improve our course scheduling and both academic and non-academic room booking processes.
Be scalable, operationally efficient, future-proof, secure, and cost-effective.
