1.Proponents shall meet in the lobby of the Facilities building, 141 Louis Pasteur.
2.Each Proponent is required to attend and register their attendance. Any Proponent arriving after 10:15 will not be permitted to join the presentation and will be disqualified. As parking is limited, Proponents must allow sufficient time to find parking and shall consider and assume that they might not find an available parking spot on site and in time. Proponents must also allow sufficient time to consider unforeseen traffic delays. The University will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any incidence preventing the Proponents from attending the site visit on time.
3.Failure to attend the Bidder’s Briefing shall result in the disqualification of the Proponent. Proposals from disqualified Proponents shall be declared non-compliant and will not be evaluated.
4.Proponents attending the briefing must remain with the group for the entire duration of the mandatory portion of the briefing. Failure to remain in attendance for the entire duration shall result in disqualification of the Proponent.
5.Representatives of the University will be in attendance.
