Description

University of Waterloo is seeking Quotations for consulting services (the “Consulting Services”) for a Successful Bidder to support the identification and development of Horizons Europe Pillar 2 funding opportunities for University of Waterloo faculty members. The Successful Bidder to this RFQ will have experience in creating opportunities for their clients to joint consortia bidding for Horizons Europe Pillar 2 funding. The Successful Bidder to the RFQ will design and implement a plan for participating in Horizons Europe Pillar 2 funding opportunities that align with the University of Waterloo’s strengths and interests.
