DESCRIPTION: OCAD University seeks proposals for the implementation of an enhanced portal solution, that is fully mobile enabled, to serve as a central hub for students and employees, addressing limitations of the current SharePoint portal and aligning with the evolving needs of the user community. OCAD University requires such services for an initial three-year term, beginning on or about June 1, 2024, with an option to renew for a minimum additional three-year term.
Proponents must comply with ALL mandatory requirements technical compliance criteria in Appendix A. Responses which satisfy all the Mandatory Requirements will receive a “Pass” score and those Responses that do not satisfy with all the Mandatory Requirements will receive a “Fail” score and be disqualified and not evaluated further.
PROJECT BRIEFING: All Respondents must attend a mandatory briefing via Teams to be held on Wednesday February 28, 2024, 4:00 PM EST. Meeting link provided below. Respondents who do not attend this mandatory briefing will not be allowed to submit a Response. Respondents are requested to review all documents prior to attending this meeting.
The purpose of this briefing is to answer any questions, clarify and/or correct any error, inconsistency or omission and request explanation or correct any interpretation of the RFP Documents.

NEGOTIATION: At the end of the evaluation process, OCAD University may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter negotiations, by written notification.
