DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this is to enter a (3+1+1+1) Contract to provide Safety & Security Services to 11 OCAD University campus buildings. These services will be provided to the students, staff, faculty, and visitors. The service includes but is not limited to security patrols, emergency response, access control, customer services, event security and conflict resolution. Security personnel will be positioned across many different buildings in the north and south campuses of the University. As indicated in the table “OCAD University BUILDINGS BY GROSS SQ. METRES”.
Proponents must have experience in Post-Secondary Education Institutions of similar size and scope as described in this RFP
