OCAD University is looking for a full service integrated agency (or collection of agencies to bid together) to work with OCAD U’s Marketing and Communications office as OCAD U’s agency / agencies of record (AOR). Agency services required include but are not limited to: strategic planning, creative, production, advertising, digital, media planning and buying, experiential, communications and PR.
