Description

NOSM University (NOSM U) is seeking a Conference Event Venue and Accommodation Provider; including the provision of catering and audio-visual support, for their Annual Northern Constellations & Connections (NCC) Conference. The 2026 NCC conference is planned to be located within Toronto, Ontario, and specifically within the proximity of either the Pearson International Airport or Billy Bishop Airport. The NCC Conference will be held over three (3) consecutive days:
• May 7, 8, & 9, 2026 (Primary Preferred Date); OR • May 14, 15, & 16, 2026 (Alternate Date).
Preference will be given to Proponents able to accommodate the dates of May 7, 8, and 9, 2026. The alternate date of May 14, 15, and 16, 2026 will be considered if no Proponent is able to accommodate the preferred dates.
