Description

The Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA) at McMaster University, led by Dr. Parminder Raina, along with ten participating institutions plan to purchase a 5-year extended service agreement for the eleven (11) Discovery A Scanning Fan Beam DEXA’s purchased in 2011. The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal McMaster University’s intention to award a contract for the above-noted service to the following pre-selected supplier:

Quotations (Statement of Capability) must be submitted through McMaster University’s online Bonfire portal at:
https://mcmaster.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities
Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.
Minimum system requirements are Internet Explorer 8/9/10+, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. Javascript must be enabled.

Quotations must be uploaded and finalized on or before the Submission Deadline set out in the ACAN Timetable.
Uploading large documents may take significant time, depending on file size and internet connection speed. It is strongly recommended that proponents allow sufficient time of at least one (1) hour before the Submission Deadline to upload documents and finalize their submissions.
Proponents will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number upon finalizing their submissions.
Submission materials should be prepared in the file formats listed under Requested Information for this opportunity in the Bonfire portal.
The maximum upload file size is 100 MB.
Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files, as the embedded files will not be accessible or evaluated.

•           sufficiently detailed information to clearly demonstrate the supplier’s ability to satisfy the requirements.
