Description

Background and Purpose

McMaster University invites qualified Consultants to submit responses for the supply of OBIA-ODI Senior Consultant in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals.

Consultants must quote the entire bid. Partial bids will not be accepted.

Scope/Objective

The Office of Institutional Research and Analysis is looking for a senior personnel who meets all the evaluation criteria to implement Oracle BI Applications 11g (11.1.1.10.2) that has multiple heterogeneous data sources including PeopleSoft 9.2 (Finance, HR and Campus Solution) among the primary data sources. The scope of work also includes customization and extension of the Oracle Business Analytics Warehouse (OBAW) and integration of all source systems to OBAW. The OBIA-ODI Senior Consultant is responsible for working with the in-house BI team, stakeholders and other support units to implement Oracle BI Applications on time, within budget and as per defined requirements. The Senior Consultant will fill the gaps in technical and functional skills of the in-house implementation team, and will play key role in the sustainability and success of the BI projects through high quality deliverables, good documentation and knowledge transfer. This person is required to be working onsite at least two days per week.
