The proposal shall include a custom designed automation system to integrate an XPeel microplate seal remover, an a4S automated microplate heat sealer, an Echo 550 acoustic dispenser, two (2) Biotek Synergy Neo2 plate readers, a Tempest liquid handler, a Multidrop Combi nL liquid dispenser, a small tip based liquid handling platform such as the Agilent Bravo or other equivalent system, and a BioTek 405 Select TS plate washer. The system should also be capable of integrating other equipment items not listed above including, but not limited to a TTP Mosquito. The automation system will be designed to maximize workflow throughput and will contain as many robotic arms as deemed necessary to achieve this goal. The proposal will include software to operate the system and schedule high throughput screening runs. The system will also include pricing and integration of a microplate centrifuge, a microplate incubator, ambient consumables storage, and de-lidding station(s). Installation and training shall be part of the proposal. The proposal should include the standard manufacturer’s warranty, as well as additional years of service and maintenance support up to a total of five (5) years. All years of service excluding the manufacturer’s warranty should be listed as optional.
