Description

McMaster University invites qualified bidders to submit responses for the supply of a Helium Compressor in accordance with the terms of this Request for Quotation. Bidders must quote the entire bid. Partial bids will not be accepted. Pricing of the Helium Compressor must include a minimum of one (1) year standard manufacturer’s warranty and on-site service including all parts and labour from the effective date of electrical connection. Bidder to provide optional warranty of an additional five (5) years with an option to renew on a yearly basis as required, at McMaster’s sole discretion. All Proponents must have obtained the RFQ from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFQ from MERX®. will result in disqualification.

Quotations must be submitted through McMaster University’s online Bonfire portal at:

Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.

Quotations must be uploaded and finalized on or before the Submission Deadline set out in the RFQ Timetable.
Uploading large documents may take significant time, depending on file size and internet connection speed. It is strongly recommended that proponents allow sufficient time of at least one (1) hour before the Submission Deadline to upload documents and finalize their submissions.
Proponents will receive an email confirmation receipt with a unique confirmation number upon finalizing their submissions.

The maximum upload file size is 1000 MB.
Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files, as the embedded files will not be accessible or evaluated.
