McMaster University invites eligible bidders to submit their proposals for the provision of Housekeeping services, encompassing both goods and services, for the David Braley Health Sciences Centre. located at 100 Main Street West in Hamilton. Ontario.

A mandatory site walkthrough will be held on: February 13,2024 @ 11:00 EST The purpose of this site walkthrough is to view the facilities and clarify the Services requested in this RFP.

PROPONENTS AND ATTENDEES ARE ENCOURGED TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO ATTEND

TO RESGISTER:
1. Provide confirmation of attendance electronically through the Vendor Discussions tab under the Messages section within the Bonfire project web portal, (refer to Section 4.6 below for further details).
2. Only one (1) representative from an organization may attend; provide the representative’s contact information.
3. Confirmation of registration will be sent back with a walkthrough time slot and additional instructions.
WALKTHROUGH PREPARATIONS:
All proponents are required to bring samples for the following :
1- Sample of Paper Products ,and
2- Sample of Hand Soap
“Current provider is using Wood Wyant “There’s no requirement to use the same product/brand.
MEETING LOCATION:
Proponents are requested to meet in the lobby of DBHSC located at 100 Main st w. The front doors are located on the corner of Bay and Main. The rear entrance is off of the parking lot located at the back of the building of the David Braley Health Sciences Centre .
