Description

Minimum Essential Requirements

To provide technical solutions for innovative projects such as carbon fiber, wiring, glass fibers and more, GBC requires a technical embroidery machine, which uses a combination of F-Head for standard embroidery and a W-Head for cording, taping, coiling and laying any kind of fibers and wires. The technical embroidery machine must be able to do Tailored Fiber Placement (TFP) for composite production which allows:

Minimal use of material to reduce waste
Hybrid carbon and glass fiber composites
Tunable fiber alignment and geometric tailor ability
Tunable localized thickness
Comingled fibrous materials
Machine versatility without retooling
