Description

The Agreement to be made pursuant to the Tender will be for a three year period (“Initial Term”). Upon expiration of the Initial Term, the Agreement may be renewed by the Purchaser at its sole option for an additional term of one (1) year (the “First Renewal Term”) upon written notice of renewal by the Purchaser to the Contractor at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. Upon expiration of the First Renewal Term, this Agreement may be renewed by the Purchaser at its sole option for a further one (1) year term (the “Second Renewal Term”) upon written notice of renewal by the Purchaser to the Contractor at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the First Renewal Term. There shall be no further rights of renewal.
