GBC is soliciting competitive proposals as outlined in the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified companies (the “Proponents”) specializing in providing a Student Information System (SIS), a Learning Management System (LMS) and a Video Content Management System (vCMS), (collectively the “Deliverables” or “Project”) for Deaf Learn Now, on behalf of The School of Work and College Preparation at George Brown College. The terms, conditions and requirements are set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This project includes, but is not limited to, a Learning Management System and a Video Content Management System.
The contract(s), if awarded, will be administered by George Brown College on behalf of The School of Work and College Preparation, Deaf Learn Now.
A more complete description of services sought for this project is provided in Schedule C. The vendor(s) who is selected by GBC pursuant to this RFP (the “Selected Proponent”) will become a successful vendor (the “Successful Proponent” or the “Vendor”) upon the issuance of a Purchase Order (“Agreement”) (Schedule B) with GBC on terms acceptable to GBC, subject to the provisions of this RFP. The provision of the Deliverables to GBC by the Vendor is the (“Project”).
