This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Respondents to submit Proposals for an Emergency Notification System as further described in RFP 2021-25 Attachment 1 – Detailed Scope and Requirements.
Carleton University expects to award the contract to the Respondent who demonstrates a responsive and responsible approach to the requirements and expectations outlined in this solicitation, as determined by Carleton in its sole discretion.
