This Request for Quotations (“the RFQ”) issued by Brock University (the “University”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Supply and Delivery of one (1) 1000 ton hot water driven Absorption chiller as further described in Appendix A, for the Rates established in Appendix C. The respondent selected pursuant to this RFQ process will be informed in writing. Respondents not selected will also be informed in writing.
