Description

Brock University is proposing renovations to three Dining Hall spaces.
DeCew Residence Dining Hall – built in 1995, last renovated in 2001
Generally the front-of-house servery area will be modified to support the new “All Access” food service model. Construction in this area is expected to take place in the Summer of 2020, to be complete by mid-August 2020.
Lowenberger Residence Dining Hall – built in 2003
Generally the front-of-house servery area will be modified to support the new “All Access” model. Construction in this area is expected to take place in the Summer of 2020, to be complete by mid-August 2020.
Guernsey Market – built in 2009
Generally the existing food service stations will be rearranged to suit the needs of the Foodservice provider, and the existing Mongolian Grill “360” flat top grill will be removed and replaced with a soup and salad bar. Construction in this area is expected to take place during Christmas Break, 2020.
Prequalified General Contractors and their named Foodservice Sub-contractors will be invited to bid on the Renovation contract for this work.
