Description

OCH requires a qualified provider to perform Snow Removal Services as detailed in the Scope of Work attached as Appendix A. The housing portfolio is divided into two zones, with each zone each consisting of seven modules with a varying number of properties within each module. There are approximately 156 total sites across the portfolio which require snow removal.

Proponents may submit Proposals for individual zones and/or modules, however the final award of zones and/or modules will be at the discretion of OCH, and will be based on best value to OCH.
