TENDER NOTICE 19-1652EC SOUND, LIGHTING AND STAGING EQUIPMENT
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites Vendors to submit Offers for the supply of the Sound, Lighting and Staging Equipment specified, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions, and Statement of Work in the attached Tender documents. The tender documents can be found on MERX (www.merx.com). Respondents are required to include with their Offer all documentation and complete specifications. The equipment shall be delivered within thirty (30) days of receipt of a Purchase Order. This procurement is subject to CFTA. Submissions are required to be in English. Offers shall be submitted ONLY to: Ottawa Catholic School Board Main Reception Desk c/o Supply Chain and Risk Management 570 West Hunt Club Rd Nepean, Ontario K2G 3R4 NO LATER THAN 2:00:00 p.m. local time on the 27th day of May, 2019. A public opening will be held at this date, time and location. This is a notice and is not the Tender document.
