Description

Safety Inspections and Repairs of Tools and Equipment

The Ottawa Catholic School Board is calling tenders for Safety Inspections and Repairs of Tools and Equipment. The contract will be for a 1-year period and will be subject to one(1) optional 1-year extension.

This tender is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Respondents must have at least two (2) experienced, qualified Technicians.

Inspection will take place semi-annually at fifteen (15) high school locations and will include the construction labs in our high schools as well as eight (8) carpentry shops and two (2) small engine shops.

Offers must be submitted to the Ottawa Catholic School Board, Main Reception Desk, c/o Supply Chain and Risk Management Department, 570 West Hunt Club Road, Nepean, ON, K2G 3R4, no later than 2:00:00 pm September 12, 2019, at which time and location a public opening will take place. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AT OUR SITE, ENSURE YOU ALLOW ADEQUATE DELIVERY TIME AND FOLLOW THE SIGNAGE.
