Description

Registration Management System for Early Learning Services
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the OCSB), is seeking Proposals for a Registration Management System for Early Learning Services (ELS) in accordance with the Instructions and Terms and Conditions specified in the attached RFP document. The system offered must be a fully developed, online (web based), hosted solution and must have mobile access capability. The intent of the Purchaser is that the system be fully operational by approximately mid-June, to accommodate registration for the 2020/2021 school year.

Our Early Learning Services Program consists of approximately forty-four (44) centres that accommodate approximately 4000 children.
Any Contract will begin upon award of Contract and shall be completed on or about June 30, 2021. It is expressly agreed that the Purchaser shall have the option to extend any Contract made with the successful Respondent for four (4) additional one-year periods.
