TENDER NOTICE
18-1620EC PURCHASE OF 2 CARGO VANS AND 1 CUBE VAN
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites Vendors to submit Offers
for the supply of all or any of the Options for vehicles specified, in accordance with the
Instructions, Terms and Conditions, and Specifications in the attached Tender documents.
The tender documents can be found on MERX (www.merx.com).
The OCSB requires a quantity of two (2) 2017 full size (3/4 ton) Cargo Vans and one (1)
2017 full size (1 ton) Cube Van.
Respondents are required to include with their Offer any brochures and complete
specifications for all items, materials and equipment quoted.
The vehicles shall be delivered within ninety (90) days of receipt of a Purchase Order.
This procurement is subject to CFTA.
Submissions are required to be in English.
