INVITATION TO TENDER
#23-1730BC FOR LAMINATING FILM

The Ottawa Catholic School Board is coordinating this Invitation to Tender as part of a cooperative initiative between itself and the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB), herein collectively referred to as the “Purchaser”.

Suppliers are invited to submit Offers for the supply and delivery of laminating film and binding supplies, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in this Tender document.

This Tender covers approximately 230 schools as well as one print shop.

Any Contract awarded shall commence on February 1, 2023 and shall be completed on or
about January 31, 2024, to the full satisfaction of the Purchaser. It is expressly agreed that the Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contract made with the successful Respondent for one (1) additional one-year period.
