TENDER NOTICE
23-1738BC Inspections & Repairs of Lifts, Stands, Hoists & Transportation Equipment.
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites (Vendors and Suppliers Contractors) to submit Offers for the supply of all or any of the goods and services specified, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Tender documents. It is the Purchaser’s intention to award one Contract from this solicitation but reserves the right to award Option A and Option B separately.

Respondents must submit one (1) signed original copy of their Bid submission.
Respondents shall submit their Offers on the Tender Offer form provided and in a properly addressed, sealed envelope which clearly identifies on its face:

the name and address of the Ottawa Catholic School Board;
the Tender Offer number and name;
the Closing date and time;
the Respondent’s name and return address

NO LATER THAN 2:00:00 pm local time on the 17th day of August, 2023.
