Description

GROUNDS SWEEPING

The Ottawa Catholic School Board is calling tenders for Grounds Sweeping for approximately 23 sites within the city of Ottawa.

Contracts will be for a 1-year period, and without any contract extension.

Award of Contract maybe made to as many Respondents as deemed necessary to fulfill the anticipated requirements of the Purchaser. The Purchaser will consider Tenders on a site-by-site basis with each site being awarded to the most responsive and responsible Respondent.

A rationalization maybe made to limit the number of successful Respondents to an economical quantity for the Purchaser to deal with, minimizing paper work and workload.

The Tender package will be available to Bidders as of October 17, 2018. The package maybe picked-up at the Main Reception of the Ottawa Catholic School Board, 570 West Hunt Club Road, Nepean between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. For inquires call 613-224-4455 ext. 2241.

There is NO fee for the tender package.

The tender will close at 2:00:00 pm November 1, 2018.
