TENDER NOTICE
23-4-1-VB Electrical Repairs and Services

The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites Contractors to submit Offers for
the supply of all of the goods and services specified, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms
and Conditions specified in the attached Tender documents.

Any Contract awarded shall commence on April 1st, 2023 and shall be completed on or about
March 31st, 2025 to the full extent of the Purchaser. It is expressly agreed that the Purchaser
shall have the option to extend any contract made with the successful Respondent for three (3)
additional one-year period.
