This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of redeveloping existing kindergarten yard for Churchill Alternative School, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables).
Only those bidders that have registered and received a copy of this bid document through the District’s Supply Chain Management Division shall have their bids considered.
Bidders shall include a bid security deposit in the amount of $5,000. Such security may be in one of the following forms and made out in favour of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board:
.1 A bid bond.
.2 A certified cheque made payable to the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and drawn on a Canadian financial institution.
.3 A bank draft from a financial institution in Canada.
A mandatory attendance site meeting will be held on Thursday, 12 April 2018 beginning promptly at 11 a.m. Eastern Time at Churchill Alternative School, 345 Ravenhill Avenue, Ottawa K2A 0J5 and will be hosted by Daniel Fournier and Kurt Berger, Design & Construction Services. An attendance sign-in sheet will be available at the site meeting to obtain attendees signatures. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend.
