Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”), on behalf of the Ottawa Catholic School Board, le Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario, and le Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est and itself (the “School Districts”), to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of the undertaking of an Education Development Charges Background Study, as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables).

Each proposal shall be delivered in two (2) packages as follows:

Package One
Shall contain:
(a)          ONLY the non-financial portion of proposal
(b)          one (1) hard copy, clearly marked ‘ORIGINAL’
(c)           four (4) hard copies marked ‘COPY 1’, ’COPY 2’, ‘COPY 3”and ‘COPY 4’
Submission package shall be sealed and prominently marked to include the following information:
(a)          “Package One”
(b)          RFP title and number (see RFP cover page)
(c)           full legal name and return address of the proponent
(d)          submission deadline date

Package Two
Shall contain:
(a)          ONLY the original financial portion (Appendix C – Pricing)
Submission package shall be sealed and prominently marked to include the following information:
(a)          “Package Two”
(b)          Appendix C – Pricing
(c)           RFP title and number (see RFP cover page)
(d)          full legal name and return address of the proponent
(e)          submission deadline date
