DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision (supply and delivery) of assorted commercial grade steel doors and frames, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables).

Bid Security
Bidders shall include a bid security deposit in the amount of $5,000. Such security may be in one of the following forms and made out in favour of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board:
.1 A bid bond.
.2 A certified cheque made payable to the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and drawn on a Canadian financial institution.
.3 A bank draft from a financial institution in Canada.

It is the District’s intention to enter into the Agreement with two (2) legal entities. The contract shall commence 1 January 2018 and shall terminate 31 December 2018. The District may extend this contract for a further two (2) one-year terms by mutual agreement with the Contractor two (2) months prior to the termination of the existing contract.
