Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Architectural consulting services on an “as and when required” standing agreement basis, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Shall contain:
(a)          ONLY the non-financial portion of proposal
(b)          one (1) hard copy, clearly marked ‘ORIGINAL’
(c)           six (6) hard copies marked ‘COPY 1’, ’COPY 2’, ‘COPY 3’‘COPY 4’, ’COPY 5’, and ‘COPY 6’
(d)          other documents as specified in Appendix B – Submission Form Section 3. Mandatory Forms
Package Two
Shall contain:
(a)          ONLY the original financial portion (Appendix C – Pricing)
