Description

OPTrust is undergoing a Request For Information to gather basic information regarding vendors that offer full service and support with respect to OpenText's document imaging products. The vendor(s) would assist in providing OPTrust with all hardware and software required to image and store documents including OpenText's File 360 product, Kodak Capture Pro and Kodak 4600 scanner. To that end, the intent of this RFI is to solicit sufficiently detailed responses to our questions and to identify potential document imaging service and support providers.
