Background
OPB requires a Managed Security Services Provider (the “MSSP”) to assist in delivering on OPB’s Cyber Security Strategy (the “Strategy”).  The Strategy prescribes advanced real-time threat prevention across all facets of the enterprise compute environment to provide a safe and secure environment for OPB. 
 
Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal and its attached schedules (collectively, the “RFP”) is to assist OPB in selecting a supplier with the service capability to efficiently and cost-effectively supply services as per the requirements set out herein.
OPB is seeking a reputable and experienced MSSP to provide a fully managed turn-key security solution with 24x7x365 event monitoring and Incident Response.  The Proponent will fully own and manage the security solution which will encompass all of OPB’s security requirements including, but not limited to, Network based Next Generation Firewall, Intrusion Prevention System, User Identity Acquisition, Application Control and URL filtering, Anti-Spam and Email Security, IPSec VPN, Data Loss Prevention, Security Policy Management, Event Correlation and Reporting, Mobile Device Security and End Point Protection.
