3. How to Obtain Relevant Documents

OPB is posting a Request for Proposal (“RFP) on electronic Canadian public tendering systems (MERX and Biddingo), on March 6, 2020, at the same time of posting this Notice of Intended Procurement. Interested suppliers should download the tendering document from the aforementioned Canadian public electronic tendering systems and are asked not to contact OPB for posting information.

4. Description of Procurement
The RFP is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an emergency notification system further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The following outlines the mandatory technical requirements for this RFP:

• The proposed system must be SaaS-based.
• The proposed system must be capable of sending multi-modal notifications (e.g. voice, voicemail, text, email).
• The proposed system must be available on a 24x7x365 basis.
