Description

The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from
qualified bidders (“Proponents”) to provide general construction services. The successful
proponent will be designated as Principal Contractor of the NTPC Délı̨nę tank farm during
construction.
The scope of this project is to reconstruct/repair the secondary containment liner at the
Délı̨nę Bulk Fuel Storage Facility. Detailed design, partial material procurement, and
development of a construction scope of work has been completed. The project will now
need to procure a General Contractor to proceed into construction.
The project scope will also include testing, commissioning and handover to NTPC Thermal
Operations.
