The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from qualified bidders (“Proponents”) to provide Right of Way (ROW) mulching, aerial tree trimming, brushing, and slashing for the distribution lines in Fort Simpson. All growth on the ROW will be taken to ground level where possible or trimmed if removal is not feasible.
