Description

The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board wishes to provide notice of the current tendering for St. Theresa School - BMS Control Upgrades

The scope of work is generally as follows. This description is a summary and not exhaustive; refer to the contract documents for all required work:

BMS Control Upgrades

Upgrade entire existing Building Automation System.
The Building Automation System shall be designed so that each application will be controlled by one application controller.
The Building Automation System shall include the following items without limitation: All application Controllers, Networks, Computers, Software, Design and Engineering, Field devices, if required, Complete Graphic Package, Installation, Programming, Start-Up, Commissioning, As-Built and Documentation, Warranty and any devices or accessories to make a complete system.

Bid Documents will be available in electronic .pdf format on Wednesday, March 1th, 2023 after 2:00:00 pm. General Contractors and Mechanical subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to pcl@piotrowskiconsultants.ca E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘St. Theresa School - BMS Control Upgrades – Request for Tender Documents’ in the subject line.

To be considered, offers must be submitted on official tender forms and will be received by the Owner, Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board, 1000 High Street, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 6S6, attention: Mr. Dan Russo, Sr. Manager of Plant Services and Health and Safety, prior to the closing date and time as per the requirements of the Bid Documents.

Submissions received after the closing deadline will not be accepted. Fax or e-mail submissions will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
