Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Project Management Services as further described in (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority is inviting experienced Consulting Firms to submit proposals to Provide Project Management Service for Sludge Removal and Disposal Services at the Long Beach Conservation Area Wastewater Treatment Lagoon (South)

The Lagoon is a system compromised of two cells (North & South). A recent Sludge Depth Survey and Sampling conducted by ASI Water have indicated that the volume of accumulated sludge in the south lagoon cell is estimated to be occupying approximately 30% of the usable volume and it is approaching the high end of the normal operating range and may affect the treatment efficiency.
