In furtherance to the Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) posted on the MERX website on May 21, 2019; the College is conducting an open Request for Bids procurement process for a Service Provider to provide and be responsible for the supply of all the materials, labour, equipment to replace the complete roofing system on the main building roof (all levels) at the College’s Niagara-on-the-Lake campus (the "Work").
The Work shall be completed as one (1) project throughout the summer. Roofing design to also include for fall restraint anchors on all roof section built before 2016 that do not have these devices installed. The Work will be to build up modified roofing system, install additional insulation and proper roof drainage. This Scope of Work will be completed at the campus located at:
