In furtherance to the Notice of Planned Procurement (NPP) posted on the MERX and Niagara College website on December 23, 2019 and amended NPP on January 9, 2020; the College requires a Service Provider to provide and be responsible for the supply of all the materials, labour and equipment for the mechanical and electrical modifications to third floor labs to accommodate Food Research and Pilot Beverage processing equipment purchases (the “Work”).
This Work is to be performed within the Marotta building at the College’s Niagara-on-the-Lake campus, located at: 135 Taylor Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0
The Work includes demolition as well as renovation/modifications to existing laboratory millwork, finishes, mechanical ventilation, exhaust, cooling, plumbing and power distribution. The Work is to be done in accordance to the corresponding drawings and specifications outlined in the Bid Documents.
