The College is seeking a Supplier to provide Janitorial or Custodial Services also referred to as Cleaning Services (the “Services”) for Niagara College Locations. Cleaning Services include interior and exterior cleaning which will be consistent with one of the five (5) levels of cleaning outlined in the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA) Cleaning Standards or according to a specific level of Service as prescribed by the College, as described further in the Draft Form of Agreement.

The College requires interested supplier to attend a Mandatory Site Visit:
Niagara College Welland Campus

10:30am, February 7, 2023 - Welland Campus, 100 Niagara College Boulevard, Welland ON, L3C 7L3, Meet at the Athletic Building Entrance, room SA208

2. Immediately following the Welland Campus Site Visit, approximately 11:30am meet at Daniel J Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake,135 Taylor Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0, Meet at the Main Entrance of the Campus, and;

3. Immediately following Daniel J Paterson Campus Site Visit, meet at Niagara Corporate Business Centre, 101 Lampman Crt, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0
