Description

Description of Goods and/or Services:
The purpose of this engagement will be the design, configuration, and implementation of a College wide SharePoint system that will deliver:

document management capabilities in line with the College’s data/information management strategies
the integration of the International Division’s SalesForce document management system, (already in SharePoint format)
eliminate the need for shared network drives and plan migration of existing files
Provide a secure means to access files remotely from outside the College
enable better collaboration and communication

The engagement shall end either within one year of commencement or once the agreed budget for the project is exhausted but must contain at least the first two items in the list above.
